How to Redeem TT Coins
To redeem TT Coins, simply tap the TT Coin icon in the top right corner of the Trip Turbo homepage on the mobile app (Android/iOS). On the website, click your profile icon and navigate to TT Coin > Rewards to redeem your coins.
Terms and Conditions:
- The campaign is valid from March 15 to March 31, 2025.
- All users who book any flight, bus ticket, or activity via Trip Turbo during this period will automatically be entered into the giveaway.
- Winners will be selected randomly after the campaign ends.
- The selection process will be fair and unbiased, and Trip Turbo reserves the right to verify user identity before confirming winners.
- Winners will be notified through email, phone call, or in-app notification. If they cannot be reached within 7 days, an alternate winner may be selected.
- All prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and non-refundable.
- Flight prize winners must inform Trip Turbo at least 7 days before their preferred travel date.
- Dates and routes for the flight prize will be subject to availability and mutual agreement between the winner and Trip Turbo.
- Any additional costs (such as transport, food, lodging, etc.) must be covered by the winners themselves.
- Winners must provide valid government-issued ID to claim their prize.
- Any fraudulent activity or misuse (including use of multiple accounts) will lead to disqualification.
