The data collected by Trip Turbo is kept in electronic files on Trip Turbo's system as well as authorized archives. Trip Turbo does not in any way enable unauthorized access to any of the information it stores. Trip Turbo ensures further protection of the collected data by including confidentiality clauses in its agreements with entities doing business with it, requiring them to keep personal information secure and confidential and not to divulge it to outsiders unless required by law, a court order or an explicit instruction from Trip Turbo.

We only gather children's information that you supply when booking hotels/airlines. Children under the age of 18 will not be served directly and can only use the services of the Trip Turbo platform with the approval of their parents or guardians. If we become aware that a minor under the age of 18 has purchased services from our website, we retain the right to rescind the purchase.

Governing law & Jurisdiction

This privacy policy shall be regulated by the privacy Act, 2075 of Nepal & other relevant prevailing laws of Nepal and the terms of this privacy policy shall be understood and constructed in compliance with it. The courts of Kathmandu in Nepal shall have exclusive jurisdiction & venue over any action relating to the subject matter of this Agreement and each of the parties here to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction & venue of such courts for the purpose of any such action.
