To book activities on TripTurbo, You must follow these steps:
- Download the TripTurbo app from the Play Store or the App Store
- Log in to the app. If you're new, you can sign up using your Google or Facebook account, or create a new account directly within the app.
- Once logged in, browse through the available activities and services. You can search for specific activities you're interested in or you can browse actvities by popular destinations.
- When you find an activity you like and want to book it, click on "Check Availability." If you're not logged in yet, you'll need to do so at this point.
- Choose the type of activity, specify your nationality, indicate the number of participants, select a date, accept the terms and conditions, and click on “Proceed”.
- Now, review the ticket cost details and proceed to “Check Out”. (Some activities might require you to choose the timeslot, thus, if there is an option, please choose one and proceed to checkout.)
- After you click on the checkout button, there comes another page where you have to feed some details about the participants. If there is more than one person, then, there will be a field for more people's details. Fill in the participant details, ensuring accuracy, and click on "Pay Now."
- Your details would be already there as you have signed up with all those details. Even if you are the participant, you have to fill in the participant's details and also click on the I am a participant column, and move forward. Please check your name and spelling correctly before clicking on “Pay Now”.
- However, if you are doing it for another person, then you have to put the details of others. After that, you have to click on “Pay Now”.
- Select your preferred payment method from the options provided. After choosing the preferred payment method, you have to log in to it. You will be given a verification code that you need to verify. Complete the transaction within the specified time to avoid restarting the booking process. The remaining time frame is shown in the top right corner of the booking page.
- After finishing the transaction, you will get an option to download the ticket. You have to download the ticket and show the very ticket to the service provider when you are going to partake in the activity.
Following these steps, you can easily book activities on the TripTurbo app. Once your activities are booked, should you need to make any changes such as altering the number of participants or updating names, our customer support team is readily available to assist you. However, if you wish to reserve a different activity, you'll need to cancel the current booking proceed to book the new activity, and follow the same procedure again.
