Terms & Conditions
- The campaign is valid only for domestic flight bookings made on May 20, 21, 27, and 28, 2025, through the Trip Turbo platform (Android, iOS, web).
- One winner will be selected each day from the pool of users who booked domestic flights on that specific day.
- Winners will be chosen via a random draw and notified through email or phone within 48 hours.
- All winners will be announced via Trip Turbo's social media handles after the campaign period ends.
- Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other services.
- Each booking counts as a separate entry.
- In case of cancellation of the winning booking, Trip Turbo reserves the right to void the prize.
- Winners must notify Trip Turbo at least one week in advance of their preferred date to enjoy the prize activity.
- Any additional costs (such as transportation, food, lodging, etc.) must be borne by the winner.
- Any fraudulent activity or misuse, including the use of multiple accounts or fake identities, will result in disqualification.
- By accepting the prize, winners grant Trip Turbo the right to use their name, photo, and/or video for promotional and marketing purposes.
- Trip Turbo may issue a promo code to winners that allows them to redeem the prize for free. However, a minimal processing fee may apply.
- Trip Turbo reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the offer at any time without prior notice.
- Trip Turbo is not responsible for the availability, scheduling, or service quality of third-party activity providers (e.g., Jump KTM, Tranquility Spa).
- Winners must claim their prize within 7 days of notification. Unclaimed prizes may be forfeited.
- In the event of any dispute, confusion, or disagreement, Trip Turbo’s decision will be final and binding.
